YWCA is on a mission to eliminate racism and empower women. We’ve been at the forefront of the biggest issues of the day for over 160 years , working to improve the lives of women, girls and communities of color through advocacy, local programming and services. The AERO Space requires all employees to complete non-discrimination and antiracism classes with YWCA.

The AERO Space supports and raises funds for Haymarket Pole Collective (also locally known as PDX Stripper Strike), a collective of sex workers based in Portland, Oregon working toward sex worker justice and recognition. As a collective we provide direct fiscal aid, education, and support services to sex workers, with the specific intention to uplift the Black, Indigenous, and/or trans sex worker community. We are currently sponsored by the YWCA, a 501C3 nonprofit.

Dance Wire's mission is to enhance the prosperity and visibility of dance in Portland while inspiring more people to get involved.

It can be a lot of work to survive as a dance artist or organization. The information, resources, and services we offer help those within the professional dance community thrive. From being a resource for opportunities to facilitating collaboration & networking, to being a voice for the collective community, Dance Wire helps dancers and dance organizations prosper.
