You may purchase an ITAC towel for $2 (to keep). If you’ve used ITAC on your pole, please wipe it down with ITAC cleaner located on the shelf.
Yoga Mats (on the shelf) and resistance bands (hanging in changing room) are also there for you to use. Please remember to put them back when you’re finished.
Crash mats provided for your safety...please use them and your best judgment when attempting new moves. Use an experienced spotter when necessary.
CHANGING POLES TO STATIC OR SPINNING
To change the pole mode from static to spinning undo the 2x Hex screws at the bottom of the pole until they are flush with the outer surface of the pole. DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREWS ALL THE WAY. DO NOT UNSCREW THE 3 SCREWS ABOVE THE STATIC/SPINNING SCREWS.
To return to static, align one of the Hex screws with the ‘X’ on the base plate and tighten. SCREWS MUST BE ALIGNED WITH THE 'X'. Hex keys are kept in the container near the cement
